    Intake, cleaning and yield sampling

    Almonds arrive from the field, are cleaned, and a sample is taken to measure their yield.

    Sorting by variety

    Each variety is separated before cracking.

    Moistening

    Almonds are moistened so the shell cracks without damaging the kernel.

Crushed almond shell

The shell becomes biomass.

Crushed almond shell, clean and residue-free: a 100% green fuel, dust-free and with a high calorific value, that replaces wood pellets or olive pits.
